Palestinians reject Trump's Middle East peace plan, Israel welcomes recognition of settlements

Unveiling plans for a two-state solution, Donald Trump says the US would recognise Israeli settlements in the West Bank in exchange for a building freeze. But Palestinian leaders reject the plan, saying the US is biased towards Israel.
