2G judge had wrongly interpreted PMLA: ED

Enforcement Directorate has told the Delhi high court that special CBI judge O P Saini “wrongly interpreted” the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, while acquitting former telecom minister A Raja and several top corporate executives of money laundering charges in the 2G case.
